About
"The Susquehanna Yacht Club pledges to protect the Susquehanna River, and to promote Club membership that values both personal responsibility and enjoyable use of the waterway."
The Susquehanna Yacht Club (or 'SYC' for short), has much to offer! Since its inception in 1949, SYC has been a volunteer, member run club. Members contribute their knowledge and efforts to maintain the club and its facilities, including a clubhouse and outdoor pavilion, drysail boat storage and hoist for Flying Scots and Lightning sailboats, harbor moorings for larger sail and power boats, and trailer storage for trailered powerboats. With many social events like ice cream breakfasts, steak and corn roasts and s'mores over a Saturday night bonfire, your family can be entertained all season long.
Owners of power boats, sailboats, paddle craft are all welcome, with all levels of experience in boating. No boat? No problem! Come meet us and see all that our club can offer. We're happy to have you!
Becoming a member is easy! Complete our application, and our Member Ambassador will assist you in seeing our facilities, meeting our members, and introduce you to the Board to make it all official.
